Spring awakening

As you know by now, one of my first loves is the United States Botanical Garden.  It makes me smile on the way to work and when I return home.  Today I just could not do a driveby.  I had to pause and seize the moment. 
Enjoy some of the signs of Spring with me......
Can you believe it is finally here.......Make time to enjoy life....if not, then just enjoy the garden....

One of those days...

Sometimes I have one of those days.  I am mentally in the garden, but physically elsewhere.  Well, a friend is also having one of those days, so I had to do it.  I wandered down to Greenworks - another one of those favorite places and found it.  A simple pleasure to make someone smile.  I got three for me......and one for my friend in hopes that it will brighten an otherwise gloomy day.
